Healthy Alternatives
Many young people need more than warnings about drug abuse. They need safe spaces, positive relationships, and meaningful opportunities that help them build confidence and direction. That is what our Healthy Alternatives Program is about.
This program gives young people healthier ways to use their time, energy, and talents. Through mentorship, life skills sessions, sports, creative activities, and other positive engagements, we help them develop self-worth, make better decisions, and build stronger support systems.
We believe prevention becomes more effective when people have real alternatives. When young people feel seen, supported, and hopeful about their future, they are less likely to turn to harmful substances.
