Our Commitment

RUAYDI is committed to the highest standards of integrity, accountability, and transparency in all organizational activities. We have a zero-tolerance approach to bribery, corruption, and fraudulent activity in any form.

Scope

This policy applies to all RUAYDI staff, board members, volunteers, consultants, and partner organizations acting on behalf of RUAYDI.

Prohibited Conduct

• Offering, giving, requesting, or accepting bribes or improper payments
• Misappropriation or misuse of organizational funds or assets
• Falsification of financial records, reports, or program data
• Conflicts of interest that are not disclosed and managed appropriately
• Any conduct that could constitute fraud or financial impropriety

Reporting

Any individual who suspects corrupt or fraudulent activity involving RUAYDI is encouraged to report their concerns confidentially to: ruralandurbanaidforyouthdevelo@gmail.com. All reports will be investigated promptly and impartially.
